Welcome

Update from Ron

We need to get back our government in Washington and Madison and get back to common-sense Wisconsin values.

The Wisconsin Way where fairness, integrity, and hard work -- the values I learned in growing up in western Wisconsin – are the values that guide us. The Wisconsin promise of strong schools that provide a ticket to opportunity for all and tight-knit communities where neighbors look out for each other. The Wisconsin understanding that it is government’s job to stand up for We the People.

In Congress, I’ve worked to get our government back to the Wisconsin values we all share. I’ve fought for an America that works for all Americans. And I have stood up for the future of Wisconsin’s families: helping family farmers, taking on big agribusiness, securing funding for our vets and for community college programs that offer career, technical, and vocational training to all students, fighting for real health care reform that lowers costs and prohibits insurance companies from denying health care coverage to families and children, and working to help local businesses create jobs.

The work of getting our government back to our values, Wisconsin values, is not over. It has just begun. I won’t shrink from it, but I need your help to get our state and our country back on the right track.

Volunteer to help. Donate what you can. Tell your friends and neighbors this is our fight and our future to win. We won’t agree on every issue. That’s not the point, because we do agree on what is fundamental: our government and our leaders must stand up for our values. That is the Wisconsin Way.
